  • Lead Intake → First Meeting: Web form submission instantly creates a CRM record, assigns an owner, schedules a call, and posts a Slack summary.

  • Sales → Finance: Mark a deal “Won” and an invoice draft is created in QuickBooks with line items pulled from your catalog.

  • Operations → Communication: When a project status flips to “Ready for Review,” a templated client email goes out and the account manager is pinged.
