Overview

DriveWise BC, a leading private driving school in British Columbia, required strategic web updates to support the expansion of its service offerings and the development of new online learning platforms. I was brought in to assist with design alterations, technical maintenance, and digital quality assurance.

My Role

  • Website design alterations across key service and info pages

  • Frontend and backend maintenance for performance and stability

  • Quality assessment of digital learning content and delivery systems

  • Support during the rollout of expanded course offerings

The Challenge

As DriveWise BC broadened its lesson formats and moved toward enhanced digital delivery, its existing website needed updates to reflect these changes clearly and professionally. At the same time, emerging e-learning materials required review to ensure consistent quality, accessibility, and performance across platforms.

The Solution

  • Website Updates
I refined the layout and messaging of key web pages to align with DriveWise BC’s growing services — ensuring content clearly communicated new offerings and allowed for easier updates moving forward.

  • Technical Maintenance
Ongoing backend updates and general maintenance helped improve site reliability, speed, and long-term usability across devices — critical for a business focused on new drivers and accessible education.

  • E-Learning QA
Reviewed online learning modules and delivery platforms to support internal development teams and ensure consistency in user experience, branding, and functionality.

Impact

  • Improved alignment between the website and DriveWise BC’s evolving offerings

  • A more stable and up-to-date platform for developing student online teaching courses

  • Streamlined support for their transition into hybrid and digital instruction
